She is currently completing a degree in Organizational Leadership at Bellevue University in Omaha, NE.

As a life coach and mentor, Aletha’s life purpose is to help women of color that have specifically experienced roadblocks or setbacks, achieve their life's purpose. Helping women understand that they can have the desires of their hearts, and how to navigate through life is her ultimate goal. She doesn’t believe that she chose her purpose, but that her life’s work has been a culmination of her own experiences that have taught her how to be able to guide other women through their own. Aletha is the mother of three boys, and she is creating her own lane and doing things her way to bring the arts to people all over the world.
