With over 10-years of hands-on experience in human resource functions, Gennean currently serves as the Vice President of Human Capital & Inclusion for the Omaha Performing Arts.
Gennean is a mom, entrepreneur, and lover of the arts. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Inc, and The Links, Inc - Nebraska Chapter. Professionally she belongs to Society for Human Resource Management, Human Resources Association of the Midlands, Nonprofit Association of the Midlands, Women of Color in the Arts, and is a founding partner of the Nebraska Association of African American Human Resources Professionals and Black Arts Leadership Alliance.
